Privacy notice

This notice explains what BookBohol does with the information you give us. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the trip you want priced — pickup, destination, date and time, passenger count, flight or ferry reference, luggage and any notes you add.

Alongside that, the form records how you found us (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you clicked), the page you landed on, your browser language and timezone, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. That context tells us which of our pages actually help travellers, and it is our record that a request was genuine.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send your quote, and to arrange the trip if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the driver or operator assigned to your trip once you confirm — they need your name, your pickup and your contact number to actually collect you. Your request is stored on our own server and copied into our internal booking system.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently runs no analytics and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The quote form stores one small entry in your browser's session storage so that, if you arrived from a particular link and then browsed around, we still know which page brought you. It is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while they are useful — an unanswered enquiry for a short period, a completed booking for as long as we need it for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or use the quote form and say what you need — it reaches the same inbox.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update this page. It applies to bookbohol.com only, not to any site we link to.
