These terms cover quotes requested through bookbohol.com and bookings made from them.

What a quote is

Submitting the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We reply with a fixed, all-in price for the trip you described. That price holds for the trip as described — if the route, the timing, the passenger count or the vehicle needs to change, we re-quote before anything is confirmed.

What is included

Your quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the fuel for the journey you described, including any waiting time we have agreed in writing. Attraction entrance fees, environmental or terminal fees collected on site, meals, boat trips run by third parties and anything else paid directly by you at a venue are not included unless the quote says so explicitly.

Confirming and paying

A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and we acknowledge it. Payment terms are set out in that exchange — either online in advance or directly to the driver on the day.

Changes and cancellations

Every confirmed booking comes with a free-cancellation window, stated in the confirmation. Cancel or change within it at no cost. Outside it, charges may apply because the vehicle and driver have been held for you.

If we have to cancel — a vehicle fault, a road closure, a genuine safety concern — we will tell you as soon as we know and either arrange a replacement or refund you in full.

Weather, ferries and roads

Bohol trips depend on conditions we do not control: typhoons, flooded roads, cancelled sailings, closed attractions. We will always try to re-time or re-route around them and will be straight with you about what is possible. We are not liable for onward costs, such as a missed flight, that arise from those conditions.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate pickup details, contact numbers and passenger counts, be at the pickup point at the agreed time, and tell us in advance about anything that affects the vehicle — bulky luggage, mobility needs, child seats. Drivers may refuse to carry more passengers than a vehicle is licensed for; that is a legal limit, not a preference.

Liability

Transport is provided by licensed, insured local operators. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
