Booking several transfers for one Bohol trip
Most Bohol trips need more than one drive. You land, you settle somewhere on Panglao, you move east or catch a ferry, and at the end of it something has to get you back to the airport - often at an hour nobody enjoys. Those are four separate legs, and travellers often assume they are four separate bookings, or send the first one and hope to sort the rest later. You do not have to. One enquiry can carry the whole stay, and this guide sets out what each leg needs and how to send them together.
One enquiry, every leg
There is nothing to gain from splitting a stay across several enquiries, and something to lose. Sent together, your legs are read as one trip: the same vehicle size follows your group and your bags from the airport to the last drop-off, the dates are checked against each other, and anything that does not add up - a pickup that cannot follow the ferry it is meant to meet, two legs on one morning - gets queried once, in the reply, instead of leg by leg over a week of emails. You also get one price for the whole trip rather than four quotes you have to total yourself.

- Adding, dropping or moving a leg later is a reply to the same thread, not a new enquiry.
What every leg needs
A leg is quotable when five things are clear: the date, the pickup time, where it starts, where it ends, and who and what is travelling. The one people leave vague is the address. Bohol’s gateways are genuinely different places - Bohol–Panglao International Airport, the Tagbilaran port and, on the north-west coast, the Tubigon port - and so are two resorts in the same municipality. Anda’s peninsula alone is spread out enough that the hotel name changes the drive.
- Name the hotel, resort or pier, not the town. "Anda" and "Island View Beachfront Resort, Anda" are not the same instruction.
- Say which gateway: the airport, the Tagbilaran port and the Tubigon port are three separate arrival points.
- Give people and bags per leg - they change mid-trip more often than you would think, and the bag count decides the vehicle.
- If a leg meets a flight or a ferry, give its number and its own date: that is what lets the leg be planned around a delay rather than a guess.
How to send four legs
Choose Multi-day as the trip type and the form rearranges itself around a stay rather than a journey. The fields you already know become leg one - labelled first pickup, first drop-off, first pickup date - and underneath them a block opens for leg two, with its own date, pickup, drop-off and an optional time. Add another for each further transfer, up to six legs, and remove any you add by mistake. A family of four sent us four transfers across eight days in September by typing them into the notes box, which quoted cleanly but asked more of them than it should have; that is what these fields are for. The notes box is then free for what the legs do not say.
- Leg one goes in the main fields - first pickup, first drop-off, first date and time, plus the flight or ferry if it meets one.
- Each onward transfer gets its own dated block: date and pickup time, where it starts, where it ends.
- If leg two is a true return of leg one, that is not a multi-day stay - pick the real trip type and use the "I need a return trip" toggle, which has its own date, time and drop-off.
- A leg with stops on the way is a Day tour that ends somewhere else, not a point-to-point - send that one as its own enquiry if the rest of the stay is simple transfers.
Early arrivals and late departures
Trips to Bohol do not always begin and end in daylight. A connection through Manila or Cebu can land you after midnight, and an evening flight out means leaving your resort when the restaurant is still serving. Neither is a reason to fudge the time on the enquiry. Give the real hour and the flight or ferry number: an awkward leg is a scheduling question, and it is far better answered in the quote than discovered at the gate. What you will not get from us is an airy "no problem" before anyone has looked - the answer arrives with the price, either way.
- Give the real time, not a tidier one - a 02:00 pickup planned as a 02:00 pickup is a solved problem.
- Add the flight or ferry number so the leg can be tracked rather than assumed.
- If a late leg is the one you most need certainty on, say so, and it is the one confirmed first.

Can I book all my Bohol transfers in one enquiry?
Yes. One enquiry can carry every leg of your stay - the airport arrival, the moves between bases, the ferry-port run and the departure - and you get one reply covering all of them. You do not need to send a separate form for each transfer, and you should not: quoted together, the legs can be planned as one trip rather than as strangers who happen to share a surname.
What do you need to quote each leg?
Five things per leg: the date, the pickup time, where it starts, where it ends, and how many people and bags are travelling. Name the hotel, resort or pier rather than the town - a Panglao address and an Anda address are different drives, and "Bohol airport" is one place while "Tagbilaran port" is another. If a leg is tied to a flight or a ferry, add that number too.
The form has one pickup and one destination. How do I send four transfers?
Choose Multi-day and it stops being a one-leg form. The main fields become your first leg - first pickup, first drop-off, first date and time - and below them a dated block opens for the next leg, with an Add button for each one after that, up to six in total. Every leg gets its own date, pickup, drop-off and optional time, so nothing goes in the notes box and nothing has to be typed twice. If your trip is genuinely one journey out and back, pick the trip type it really is and use the "I need a return trip" toggle instead.
My flight lands at 2am - is that too early to arrange a pickup?
It is not unusual and it is not something to leave out. Give the real time and the flight or ferry number rather than rounding to something that sounds more polite: a leg at an awkward hour is a scheduling question we would rather answer in the quote than discover on the night. The same goes for a late departure. What we will not do is tell you a leg is fine before we have looked at it - the answer comes back with the quote.
Can one of the legs stop at places on the way?
Often that is the better way to move between bases, and it is a different thing to quote: a transfer with sights on the way is a day tour that happens to end somewhere new, not a point-to-point run. Choose Day tour on the form, list the stops, and answer that the day ends somewhere other than your pickup. Your luggage rides along, so tell us the bag count - it decides the vehicle as much as the group size does.
